Dr. Poitras and his team are internationally recognised. The hundreds
of cases treated in the last ten years, the complexity of the treatments
provided, the efficiency and quality of the surgeries are a tangible
proof of this expertise. This explains why Dr. Poitras receives so
many requests for lectures and consultations.
In addition, the Institut regularly receives internationally renowned
lecturers such as Dr. Carl E. Misch whose concepts and methods greatly
inspired the Institut.
Furthermore, the Institut wishes to share its experience and to discuss
particular cases, technical applications, planning, etc. which is
why the Institut offers Study Circles twice a year for its 400 graduate
members who wish to continue their learning experience.
The education-oriented design of the Institut required an investment
of over three million dollars. There is a conference room, in addition
to the 12 surgical suites fully equipped with the latest technology
and designed with teaching in mind. |
